Yin and Pin

Yin and Pin blends long held, supported Yin yoga postures with acupuncture for a deeply restorative experience.

Yin yoga focuses on gentle seated or reclined poses held for several minutes to target connective tissues and encourage release. During the resting portion, acupuncture may be applied to further calm the nervous system and support balanced energy flow.

For those who prefer not to use needles, ear seeds or therapeutic magnets can be offered so everyone may comfortably participate.

For all community or collaborative events, participants will be required to complete and sign consent forms prior to receiving treatment.
